The Sabers got off to a hot start in Tuesday’s varsity boys basketball game with a 46-6 lead over William H Maxwell at halftime led by junior Doran Williams’ two three pointers. The final score was 70-15 and the whole team performed well.

The undefeated Sabers were led by juniors Caleb Brown and Deandre Abrams and seniors Joel Carty and Naquan Bentley who all chipped in with 12 plus points.

Our Sabers are now 4-0 and are looking and playing great. They did everything right to get this win: shooting threes, playing excellent defense, along with great coaching from Coach Wright. His only concern was team communication which he plans on fixing in practice.

The Sabers will look to remain undefeated when they take on Brooklyn Studio Secondary School tomorrow, December 6that 4:30 in the UCHS Gym.
